4 ounce Neufchatel cream cheese (the 1/3 less fat kind)
2 cloves garlic
Keep in mind this recipe is easily doubled. I make a half batch because I have no self-control. Clean, cap and quarter radishes and add to food processor. Add two peeled cloves of garlic. Cut cream cheese into cubes and throw into the food processor. Pulse, scrape sides, and pulse again. Serve with your favorite cracker or as veggie dip. Yum!
